These are our general website terms. If you place an order, the written quotation and order agreement provided before you commit will set out the agreed specification, price, payment schedule, delivery or installation arrangements, guarantee and any project-specific cancellation terms. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed order agreement applies. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
- UKB will supply goods as described and of satisfactory quality, and will perform services with reasonable care and skill.
- Customers must pay UKB in full for all products and services provided, in accordance with the payment terms set out in the product or service agreement.
- Customers must ensure that all information provided to UKB is accurate and up to date.
- Any requested change to an agreed design, specification or programme may affect the price and timetable. We will explain and agree material changes before carrying out the changed work.
- If either party needs to cancel an order, the cancellation provisions in the signed order agreement and applicable consumer law will apply. Any charge must reflect the circumstances and work or costs already committed.
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any right to bring a claim in another UK jurisdiction where applicable.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
