Can UKB build fitted wardrobes for an awkward room?

Yes. UKB makes fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture to the measured room, including alcoves, chimney breasts, sloping ceilings and full-height storage. The team plans the internal hanging, shelves, drawers and lighting around how you use the space, then manufactures the furniture at its Greenford factory and installs it.

We fit from our own factory in Greenford, and the housing changes as you move across West London — which changes the wardrobe. A Victorian terrace in Ealing has chimney alcoves of unequal width and a ceiling near three metres. A 1930s semi in Harrow has a box room over the stairs where a standard wardrobe eats the floor. A new flat near Hayes & Harlington has no alcove at all and one usable wall.

Appointments, measure & showroom

Book a free design visit first — showroom, home visit, or both. We take measurements at your property (non-invasive, usually 30–60 minutes). You visit our Greenford shop to agree the design — before or after the home measure, whichever you prefer. Then we manufacture and fit.

Yes. Made-to-measure orders so furniture fits your walls, alcoves and ceiling height properly.

Are internal storage extras charged separately?

We create a complete bespoke solution and do not charge for extras especially when it comes to internal storage — your quote will set out what is included clearly.

Vintage and contemporary styles?

Yes. From vintage looks to contemporary ambiance — we customise to your taste, needs and budget.
